Damn it Oakshade, if somebody is notable then find a source to prove it and slap it on the two sentence article that you spent five seconds creating. Invest some effort into your articles before submitting them, or everyone is going constantly be on your back about it. This guy broadcast the D-Day invasion, has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, etc. This source has his birth date/place, death date/place and more, and took typing "George Hicks" Broadcaster into Google. Please integrate it into the article. - ʄɭoʏɗiaɲ τ ¢ 13:36, 28 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Floydian, since you're stalking me, you're free to be productive and improve articles I've started instead of making personal attacks and using foul language.--Oakshade (talk) 14:52, 28 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Fine, accuse me of things, call "damn" a foul word, and do nothing, per usual. You're a stupendous editor, Oakshade; the project really stands to benefit from you. - ʄɭoʏɗiaɲ τ ¢ 15:54, 28 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Here's another great one.
http://www.otr.com/hicks.html - Apparently his broadcast was the first legally recorded live broadcast of radio
Don't you have any desire to improve the two sentences you write? No desire to provide a verifiable source? No desire to expand what you started or what you created? To add content instead of inciting drama when someone makes a suggestion. I haven't even run across you since the spring, so I'm not sure why you have to go for the jugular instead of taking the source and improving the article you created on the person you hopefully did some preliminary research on or had some interest in. - ʄɭoʏɗiaɲ τ ¢ 16:05, 28 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you! Looks great, and I can promise you that you won't have anybody thinking of deleting this article now as a result of that. Cheers, ʄɭoʏɗiaɲ τ ¢ 04:11, 29 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
