It should be noted that the citation from Beatson Laurie, William Ferguson (1999). "Distinguished Anglo-Indians". page 191 includes the incorrect date for George Campbell's death. The other citation from Carnac, S. Rivett (2010). "The Presidential Armies of India". page 335 notes that Beatson Laurie printed the incorrect date and states the corrected date.ContribUnit (talk) 23:09, 15 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
