Trained by MacDonald

Can whoever keeps reverting my edits here stop, or provide a reliable primary source that Burchett was "trained by Sutherland MacDonald'. I'm the author of the ODNB entries for both men, as well as a forthcoming book on the history of tattooing in Britain. There is no evidence at all that George was trained by *anyone*, let alone Mac. Moreover, there's no evidence that Mac trained anyone, either. There's no mention of him being trained by MacDonald in Jon Reiter's authoritative book, or in any contemporaneous newspaper account.
