Dear Sir.
I am writting this complaint to you because a neighbour from winneba had killed a pregnant goat and when the wife confronted him has beaten the wife till other neighbours intervened .i have convern about this mans mental health he can kill .The case happened yesterday evening and winneba police has not arrested the man.
