I would agree this was a mess, as an perhaps temporary fix I've redirected to Philippine Mobile Belt. Anyone with access to good sources is welcome to rewrite the article. Maybe I'll do it ... sometime. Anyone is welcome to undo my redirect, if they are willing and able to write a decent stub. Vsmith (talk) 01:29, 19 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
