Regarding 'Allegations in NSEL case' section
[edit]Hello @Thomas123987:,
Geofin Comtrade along with Anand Rathi, IIFL Commodities, Motilal Oswal, JL Financial and Phillip Commodities have been identified as the major brokers that represented the 13,000 investors who lost money in the NSEL case and have been declared ‘not fit and proper’ for trading.[1][2][3][4][5] I request you to please indicate how this vital information qualifies as vandalism. Please state your concerns backed by citations for the same.
To clarify, Geojit Comtrade Limited changed its name to Geofin Comtrade in November 2014.[6] It has clearly been named as one of the defaulters in the case by SFIO upon deliberation by SEBI. I am reinstating the section and ask you to discuss here before you remove the section entirely.

Hello @Shebzeny:
The company was not part of Geojit Financial. It was a separate entity that used a licensing agreement. It wasn’t even a subsidiary. Kindly stick to the subject being Geojit Financial. Also, no company has been declared “not fit and proper”. Your own reference states the same. Kindly remove the same. [7] [8]
Constructive contributions are appreciated and strongly encouraged, but your recent edit to the userpage of another user may be considered vandalism. Specifically, your edit to Geojit Financial Services may be offensive or unwelcome. In general, it is considered polite to avoid substantially editing others' userpages without their permission. Instead, please bring the matter to their talk page and let them edit their user page themselves if they agree on a need to do so. Hello @Thomas123987:
As per your references, the board of Geojit was in meetings to acquire the client base of GeoFin Comtrade Ltd. As per the first paragraph of the article, the company is into commodity trading and the names are not quite contrasting either. While that cannot be proof of it being the same entity, the following link clearly states that GeoFin was formerly Geojit, as did the link I shared previously.[9] Consequently, this vital information regarding name change must be mentioned on the page.
Please state, then, how is a section relating to NSEL case irrelevant?

Hello @Shebzeny:
You have been continuing to mislead the readers of this page. This is clarification of the company that Geofin Comtrade is neither a subsidiary nor an associate company of Geojit Financial. This clarification was reported in the news. I hope you will stop your vandalism with this[10].
Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Geojit Financial Services. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted.
