Armenian Genocide

Without taking a side on the facts of the issue itself, this article should not treat the Armenian Genocide and related history as simple statement of fact but rather as a complex and disputed issue. Aelfthrytha 18:33, 25 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, okay, and we won't call Hitler's genocide on Jews a fact either... we'lll refer to it as a "complex and disputed issue"? I've seen the maps with my own eyes. Before 1915, Armenia was not this current map, but the entire eastern HALF of Turkey. Enough already from your ilk. --JT 13:51, 11 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Lake Sevan

"Lake Sevan, 72.5 kilometers (45 mi) across at its widest point and 376 kilometers (233.6 mi) long, is by far the largest lake. It lies 2,070 meters (6,791 ft) above sea level on the plateau."

These dimensions are utter nonsense, as even a cursory glance at a map would show. The altitude is also inaccurate - the water level of the lake is significantly below 2,000m. Djpeanut (talk) 16:43, 28 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Map

The "map" is currently just a photo taken from space. It would be more useful to have a proper map or a composite showing borders, labels, etc. Ewilen (talk) 11:09, 2 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
