Deletion of Province

[edit]

The province Matias Ramon Mella do NOT exist. Even with congressional aproval, the president returned the project. There is NOT any official information about this province. Please remove the province, maps, flags and everything around it. --Osplace (talk) 05:25, 19 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

New maps are incorrect

[edit]

The new maps are incorrect with some very, very strange names: Cibao Urbano, Sabana Yerba. And they do not correspond with the table below. --Pepemar2 (talk) 17:27, 24 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Error on the Map

[edit]

Whoever made this map doesn't know their directions. Occidental means west. — Preceding unsigned comment added by IslandMan89 (talkcontribs) 06:00, 13 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Capitalization

[edit]

The name of this article should not have "regions" capitalized. It should be "Geographic regions of the Dominican Republic", and is eligible for speedy move criterion C2A. Will someone please move it? And now that I'm on the topic of this article's name, it seems redundant to call them geographic regions, as just "regions" appears to be their common name, and the DR doesn't have any administrative regions that would make the word "geographic" necessary to disambiguate. Would anyone object to the name "Regions of the Dominican Republic" (which already redirects here)? - 87.58.119.203 (talk) 21:47, 1 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
