Possible copy violation, biography of living persons and conflict of interest issues

More than three years ago, on 13 November 2006, User:82.170.14.102, over the space of eight minutes, made only three edits on wikipedia: all are on this article.

The first edit resulted in a whole section titled Biography to be placed into this article with the statement

the text underneath is copied with written permission from the author

placed near the top of the added material. This was replaced by

the text underneath is copied from http://www.xs4all.nl/~madge/biograph.htm with permission from the author.

and then

The text underneath is copied from http://www.xs4all.nl/~madge/ with permission from the author.

Which was the final edit.

Upon visiting this website I see no indication that material is available under an article licensing scheme e.g. CC-by-sa or Creative Commons licenses. The material appears to be copied en bloc from here (first url cited above) and has subsequently been edited by other editors with wikilinks supplied. I can not determine the status of the "written permission", hence all the added material in this section could be copy violation.

If User:82.170.14.102 is the subject of this article (or a representative) then the article may have conflict of interest and biography of living persons issues.

Currently the article contains no independent references and may be subject of deletion under tighter regulation covering biographies of living persons on wikipedia.shaidar cuebiyar ( talk | contribs ) 08:46, 22 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
