Talk:Genesis of the Litton Inertial Navigation System
Proposed merge with LN-3 Inertial Navigation System
[edit]The story about the beginnings of the system would be better placed in the main article rather than being spun off into an article of its own. ... discospinster talk 20:28, 28 March 2013 (UTC)
A link should be added to the LN-3 article referencing this article but as this represents the Genesis it would not be appropriate to merge this into a subsequent invention. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sidshapiro (talk • contribs) 16:00, 31 March 2013 (UTC)
Suggested improvements have been added, including links to other wiki articles and linked above article back to this. user:Sidshapiro —Preceding undated comment added 16:26, 31 March 2013 (UTC)
Being the writer/compiler of the LN-3 article I am still amazed that no information about the beginning of these systems can be found publicly. So I fully agree to the suggestion of merging the Genesis with the LN-3 article. And I would not mind if you would do the job (said this non-native speaker..) please improve this article by adding above category to main page. every attempt to add it here has resulted in unintentional capitalization so the category has been placed instead in the link section. user:Sidshapiro
The contents of the Genesis of the Litton Inertial Navigation System page were merged into LN-3 Inertial Navigation System on 3 September 2016. For the contribution history and old versions of the merged article please see its history. |
