Thrust/weight

I did some cleaning up of the article, and modified the imperial / metric conversions to use the wiki standard with parentheses instead. I think I should re-do my changes so that imperial measurements are first, followed by metric, since they are American designs.

The Thrust-to-weight ratio for these engines would be nice to have, if someone has the information. See http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Aircraft/page_content#Thrust-to-weight_ratio]. We probably should consider using Template:Jetspecs eventually.
