I thought the lead section of the article was clear and easy to understand. It gave a good brief overview of the article. The structure of the article was clear and followed the timeline of events well. I think it could be broken down into another paragraph to avoid the large block of text, but it is not necessary. The content was unbiased and well written, although I think it could be condensed down some, the tone reads more like a story rather than an article. The sources were all refutable, quality sources but source 72, the Transgender Student article, is now unavailable.Mollie.Bach (talk) 06:45, 6 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Religious exemption from Title IX: consequences for LGBT+ students
Hey, I can't find any overview of how any religious school can be exempt from a Title IX provision, if the school is able to prove the provision conflicts with a specific tenet of their religious institution. This exemption deserves to be noted in this article, as it's allowed American higher education to discriminate against LGBTQ+ students while continuing to receive federal funding. I'm reading up on the issue and intend to edit this article to include it soon. EatDust?Pls (talk) 22:05, 19 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
