Gayle Olinekova was my hero. She inspired me to become a body-builder and a weight lifter. I am so grateful for the day that I walked into a bookstore and on impulse, bought her first book "Go For It!" Seeing the beautiful legs she had I wanted to achieve the same for myself. I am the same age as she was, and I have always been health-minded. It pays off. At fifty I look twenty years younger than my age, like Gayle did. You can shape your body into any form you want with persistance and relative good help and self-control. Gayle helped m eachieve that. She will never know what a shining light she was for me healthwise. She was a beacon, an excellent example. Twenty year old women have absolutely no advantage over someone who knows how to take care of her health and her body. Farewell Gayle, you will be sorely missed.
