Conflict of interest
[edit]According to the edit here it appears that the creator and major editor of this page has conflict of interest. ConcernedVancouverite (talk) 15:49, 1 November 2009 (UTC)
This is accurate content, and not biased with appropriate references. It is not a conflict of interest. Please remove this warning at the top of the page. Sayitdigital (talk) 16:40, 1 November 2009 (UTC)
- You specifically claimed you were hired by the subject of the article to write about him. How are you not in a conflict of interest? We are not saying your edits are inappropriate. We are just saying that until other editors review the content, readers need to know that the major editor of this article has a relationship with the article's subject. It is standard practice. Singularity42 (talk) 16:56, 1 November 2009 (UTC)
That is fine. Have other editors review it, you will find it is all accurate and not biased. Sayitdigital (talk) 17:22, 1 November 2009 (UTC)
Influences
[edit]In the "influences" section, a guitarist named "Chris Alia" is mentioned, who doesn't appear on the cited references and, honestly, doesn't also appear to be anybody famous or influencial at all in the field of the electric guitar. So to me, it seems like vandalism, should it be removed? Matti.happy (talk) 20:52, 2 January 2013 (UTC)
