[edit]Four different Wikipedia articles used him as a source, so I wikified the name and created this page. --Smtomak 02:57, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
Now that I think of it, I'm not sure the activist stub was appropriate. He usually shows up in the papers as a whistleblower exposing US businesses who sell nuclear weapons material to foreign nations. I don't know whether to call him a political scientist or an activist or what. --Smtomak 03:02, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
