New source on Dr. Hartstein (2014 Reddit Formula 1 AMA)

[edit]

Dr. Hartstein recently completed a fascinating "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) interview via Reddit Formula1 over the course of two days. I guess this might be considered a primary source, but I have to imagine that it could be useful to editors interested in continuing to improve and expand Gary Hartstein ongoing. For example, the interview reveals that Dr. Hartstein believes his most significant professional accomplishments while working as F1 doctor were: "The medical warning light, the book, and accident simulation scenarios each race weekend." The full text of the interview is available here. Ciao. JDanek007Talk 20:24, 12 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Here is a second source, another very insightful interview, though this is transcription of an audio interview - very good stuff and could be valuable going forward: It’s pitiful we can’t trust the drivers: Dr Hartstein | By Michael Lamonato | Ahead of the Russian Grand Prix Michael and Rob spoke to former FIA medical delegate to Formula One Dr Gary Hartstein about the current state of safety in the sport, and the most significant risks facing the drivers of 2014. | ciao ciao!!
