Steve Martin
[edit]Where does someone as rich and famous as Steve Martin live in Garden Grove? GG is middle class, not rich. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 211.114.56.153 (talk • contribs) 04:14, 14 June 2006 (UTC)
- He doesn't, he's a Garden Grove native, not a current resident. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.107.94.239 (talk • contribs) 07:04, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
Sister city
[edit]Is this article going to mention the city's sister city, Anhyang, Korea? Jensta (talk) 19:21, 16 February 2008 (UTC)
Anthem
[edit]I find it a bit dubious that Garden Grove voted on "Garden Grove" as the anthem of the city. I never heard about anything like this, and the song doesn't really portray the city in a flattering light. If there was some sort of vote on this, and "Garden Grove" won, I despair for my city. I'd like to see a reference or see it removed. 72.129.0.10 (talk) 21:34, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
International West
[edit]What is the status of Internatonal West? Should it have it's own entry? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.67.35.97 (talk) 04:37, 6 January 2009 (UTC)
Demographics
[edit]Propose reorder ethnic groups by size - is confusing otherwise. Interesting make-up though with about a third each of white, asian and latino - would love to visit! :D RORO —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.106.108.180 (talk) 23:26, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
Patrick LaBrecque - Former child/teen actor
[edit]Patrick actually lived in Santa Ana and attended Los Amigos High School in Fountain Valley. Los Amigos High School is part of the Garden Grove School District. Patrick was not a resident of Garden Grove. (Daniv21 (talk) 15:52, 11 May 2012 (UTC))

Improvements for this article
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
As a lifelong resident of Garden Grove, I would like our city to have better representation on our Wikipedia page. I have a few suggestions that I think will do our city justice.
1. Include the presence of Little Saigon and Koreatown, as Asian presence is very important to our city's culture. 2. Add citations for the notable persons section in our article. 3. Better represent our school district in the education section. GGUSD is highly rated among California's best school districts.
These are just a few suggestions to start. Please let me know what you think and if you have more ideas. Lmmartinez420 (talk) 21:10, 19 April 2022 (UTC)
