Trusonic
[edit]Shouldn't something be mentioned regarding Trusonic? If it weren't for Trusonic, there would be no GarageBand.com! --Compdude512 14:10, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
I am going to proceed with mentioning Trusonic in the article. --Compdude512 14:17, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
Not true. Please see the revisions.
- While the page you cited does not state that Trusonic founded GarageBand, Trusonic should take all the credit. The officials at Trusonic had (and owned, for that matter) all the assets of the defunct mp3.com. Seeing that the hard work of independent artists was soon to be deleted, they picked up the tab and founded GarageBand. If you look at the "About Us" page at Trusonic, you will see that they also broke ground in 1999. Therefore, the claim of Trusonic founding GarageBand is substantially supported, and I will change both articles back to reflect the original information. --Compdude512 00:40, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
You are making no sense. The fact that both companies were founded in 1999 proves exactly squat. Trusonic merely facilitated the transfer of the old mp3.com library. Garageband.com was doing just fine before that.
