Lots of mistakes in writing the mantras ...
[edit]I must say thanks for writing such a good description of Gajendra Moksha from ShriMad Bhaagvat Maha Puraan.
However, I also want to say that there are lots of mistakes in the writing of mantras...
it starts with wrong words..
it should have been like.. Namo bhagwate tasmai, yat-ettad-chidaatmakam !
Purushaaya-aadi-beejaaya, Pareshaayabhi-dheemahi !!
And its corresponding sanskrit version should have been like -
नमो भगवते तस्मै, यत् एतच्चिदात्मकम् !
पुरुषायादिबीजाय, परेशायाभिधीमहि !!
I however understand that, you probably belong to southern India and hence there is difference in writing Hindi/Sanskrit words using english script, like appending 'h' to some words. For example, you wrote "Bheejaaya", that should have been "Beejaaya".
But as I said in the case I described at top, the words as a whole have been misplaced..
Also, that, this mantra does NOT starts with Om. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ripunjaytripathi (talk • contribs) 15:02, 28 January 2013 (UTC)
