The G. D. Sweet Famous Players was a theatre company → "The G. D. Sweet Famous Players was an American theater company" (in American English, the spelling is 'theater')

words like "hell" or "damn" were never used — Why are these particular words used? Were these words common in performances by other companies? Is so, it should be specified.
