  • The lead doesn't comply per WP:LEAD. The are no wiki-links in it, the prose appears quite confusing to readers and it does not seem to summarise the article. I would recommend re-writing some parts and splitting the lead into at least two paragraphs, for accessibility
  • "Functionally diverse teams “consist of individuals with a variety of educational and training backgrounds working together."" - where did this quote come from? Or who? This needs to be paraphrased
  • "Milliken and Martins (1996)" - date should not be in the lead if the title of their book is not mentioned
  • There is not one wiki-link in this article! I have never seen anything like this!
  • "Most examples of groupthink in the literature" - groupthink?? Please explain
  • "Founder David Kelly on a 60 minutes segment" - can this be more specific?
  • "Studies suggest that diversity in attitudes and values may be associated with negative outcomes. [11]" - extra space before citation
  • The Ineffective teams would benefit from a copyedit and a break as the paragraph is too long
  • The See Also section is far too long, it should be cut back

Close - not listed

I am sorry to do this but I am going to have to fail this here and there without going any further, the article would benefit from a extensive copyedit even if it did not have severe WP:MOS issues. The references are not formatted correctly and there is also not one blue link in the article. I would recommend seeking help before re-nominating JAGUAR  19:42, 5 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
