futaba line energized

[edit]

This is a significant change to the story, but the reference is there. The 500kV side of the Shin fukushima substation did provide power to Daini vi the Fukuoka 500 kV line. The reference is cited. The collapsed tower 27 is on the 66kV Yonomori line. Not related. ( Martin | talkcontribs 20:18, 16 March 2013 (UTC))[reply]

Updates by Engineer-Poet to update old references and correct gross factual innacuracies have been reverted by user 76.94.204.47

so I have unreverted them.

The "fire in spent fuel pool 4" turns out never to have happened, and asserting this has no place in an encyclopedia entry, except to lay the myth to rest, as Engineer-Poet has done. His edit therefore moves this article along the line from less falsehood to more truth, and should not therefore be reverted, only improved.

Starting the improvement by adding this source http://www.boston.com/news/world/asia/articles/2011/06/16/nrc_concedes_japan_fuel_pool_not_dry/ that the NRC admitted it had been in error 3 month later.
Better sourcing is also needed for the hand-written summary, etc. This http://books.google.com/books?id=smKnAgAAQBAJ&lpg=PT68&ots=eZ2Ly6Rih5&pg=PT68#v=onepage&q&f=false documents the fuel ejection was speculation from Monninger --Jmdwp (talk) 13:14, 16 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

76.94.204.47 will have to back up his or her changes with a bit of actual up-to-date references from reliable sources. - SDalley (talk) 22:32, 13 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
