Citations are really needed for the section about alternatives to the airport.Gittinsj 23:50, 18 February 2007 (UTC)gittinsj
Name?
[edit]I'm not trying to be obnoxious, but there must be something behind the ICAO name being different... like because it's a profane word in English. Anybody know of a RS explaining this? 75.172.85.102 (talk) 00:57, 17 November 2010 (UTC)
If you are referring to the IATA 'FUK' v ICAO 'RJFF' designations - ICAO designations are based on regions of the world. The US is the only area where there is a direct relationship between ICAO and IATA codes where the ICAO is *generally* the IATA code prefixed by a K. See the article for ICAO codes... Orphaned references in Fukuoka Airport
[edit]I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Fukuoka Airport's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
Reference named "Route Map":
- From Singapore Airlines destinations: "Singapore Airlines Route Map". Singapore Airlines. Retrieved 30 November 2011.
- From Singapore Changi Airport: "SilkAir Route Map". SilkAir. Retrieved 30 November 2011.
I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 00:28, 27 March 2013 (UTC)
