The reference to case L06-3-1090 states that the case is still open. This case was closed in 2010 according to the AVC on public record. The link currently in the article directs to an inactive page on the Office of the State Attorney General of Florida's website. I spoke with Arlena Cano <Arlena.Cano@myfloridalegal.com> at the State Attorney General's office and she confirmed that the case is closed. This portion of the article should be updated to reflect this information. Gshannon85 (talk) 21:53, 7 March 2013 (UTC) Gshannon85 (talk) 21:53, 7 March 2013 (UTC)

The lead paragraph in this article states "These claims are currently under civil investigation by the Office of the Attorney General of Florida (Case Number: L06-3-1090 "Unfair/deceptive business practices in the sale of product that purports to make gasoline burn with greater efficiency without independent scientific testing to substantiate claim") It is further claimed that the MPG-CAPS pills remove carbon build up from an engine and deposit a catalytic film that allows fuel to burn more completely.[1]" This portion should be removed since the information is no longer correct.
