F26BP acts on PFK-2 and FBPase-2. PFK-1 and FBPase-1 are acted on by fructose 1,6-bisphosphate.

[edit]

I am by no means an expert and could be dead wrong, but I believe that the most simple definition of fructose 2,6-bisphosphate would have it acting on phosphofructokinase-2 and fructose 2,6-bisphosphatase rather than FBPase-1 and PFK-1. [1]
