So, I propose removing the tags that indicate that it is. Many northern-tier states have similar laws. Several of these are cited in the article. -- User:HopsonRoad 19:24, 17 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]


Not only that, the last part of the article seems to be incredibly biased. I suspect either a shipping company or perhaps even a mere driver of at a minimum of editing this.
