Name
[edit]The name of this album was taken from the Bertram Gross book of the same name. I thought the book was pretty well known, but neither it nor the author appears on Wikipedia, so maybe the reference won't mean anything without an explanation. Also, I don't have any sources (besides an interview I did with Mark; it probably made it into the printed article, but that was in a 1994, and I no longer have a copy of the 'zine). --Falcotron 21:22, 6 August 2006 (UTC)
