Much of this article is currently various editors' observations. There are numerous assertions that nobody has been able to support with a WP:RS and worse, one editor keeps removing maintenance tags to this effect, going back years. Anecdotally, I think of French dressing and Catalina dressing as separate styles. But I could accept a case for both being grouped under one article. What I don't understand is Catalina not having its own entry (it redirects here), but the French article referring to Catalina at times as if it is a separate style. It's internally inconsistent.
