- For some strange reason the French were fond of keeping the decimal in their gun names, forex 164.7 mm Mle 1893, etc. I generally follow their practice, especially since it matters when rounding the 138s. It's fine if you don't, but just be aware of it.
- How are the torpedo tubes arranged?
- I don't know, unfortunately
