Uh, how exactly do we know this actually hardcore punk aside from their previous albums so far? "Elektra" has more of an alternative metal sound, while "Françafrique" is more hard rock. According to this interview, http://www.metalinjection.net/latest-news/refused-singer-says-the-future-of-the-band-is-bright-talks-about-working-with-taylor-swift-songwriter , "Elektra" and apparently other songs from the album, started out as avant-garde metal, not hardcore, before being altered into Refused songs.

If you want to have any leverage with regard to genre, you will have to find WP:Reliable sources which deal with the genre of the album, or the genre of the band. AllMusic says this album is punk rock.
Also, individual song genres do not equal the overall album genre. Binksternet (talk) 21:21, 5 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

~~All Music does NOT say it's a punk rock album, it says it's " Alternative/Indie Rock Hardcore Punk Post-Hardcore" and it's pretty obvious not punk rock, so I'm going to remove that. Also, I do have a source for the metal claim. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2605:A601:541:D901:2D52:6F49:D20E:C327 (talk) 08:31, 4 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
