We don't need those links. See WP:EL. You also removed a reference.  fetchcomms 20:17, 29 December 2009 (UTC)

I have seen WP:EL. Please explain why you think this is a violation. The "reference" you keep reinserting is an irrelevant link to a blog, added by someone fishing for traffic. Please slow down with your automated editing and think. "We don't need those links. See WP:EL" is not an argument or explanation of anything. 86.40.51.214 (talk) 20:23, 29 December 2009 (UTC)
I'll remove the reference, but why should we have a link to a file hosting site? It could very well be a copyright violation you are linking to. External links should be kept to a minimum.  fetchcomms 20:26, 29 December 2009 (UTC)
Thanks for your reply. The links are to sites hosting media discussed in the article, per Wikipedia:EL#What_should_be_linked #2. They are released free to the internet, as the article and sources make clear, so a copyright violation is avoided. They do not fall under links to be avoided. The media is an obvious resource that can not be made available here on wikipedia, so a perfect candidate for the external links section. 86.40.51.214 (talk) 20:31, 29 December 2009 (UTC)
I see what you mean, but there is no source for "both were released free to the internet". If so, wouldn't they have been on his own site or something? If you find a source for it, add that and then put them back, but I don't want a link without being sure. Thanks,  fetchcomms 20:33, 29 December 2009 (UTC)
The only thing I could find was on his MySpace page, which is not considered a reliable source, but if you can find anything else, cite it and add them back.  fetchcomms 20:42, 29 December 2009 (UTC)
It occurs to me that anyone could put anything, like a virus, for instance, in a zip file and name it something, then link directly to it on zshare. So linking to zshare directly from Wikipedia isn't good, even if i know the links are ok. So I will link to a site that the WP:RS Pitchfork directs its readers to at the end of this article. Thanks for your time. 86.40.51.214 (talk) 20:45, 29 December 2009 (UTC)

OK, sorry for taking your time.  fetchcomms 20:47, 29 December 2009 (UTC)

no problem, you were right. 86.40.51.214 (talk) 20:50, 29 December 2009 (UTC)

Summary

"Although widely considered a matter of personal opinion, Gibbs is arguably the greatest rapper ever living or dead."

What? Seriously, what the hell is this? It doesn't even make sense. Widely considered a matter of opinion? What? You could replace "Gibbs" with anything, say... "Hypnotoad" and this sentence would contain the same number of sense-units. I'm getting rid of it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 109.255.103.41 (talk) 14:06, 16 August 2011 (UTC)

Religion

Somebody placed a Muslim category in the article. Are there any sources for this? Remember that religious claims have to be backed up by references. Illegitimate Barrister (talk) 08:02, 13 November 2012 (UTC)
