I'll review this one. « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 02:11, 22 August 2023 (UTC)
Lead
[edit]...he was able to join the Green Bay Packers...
sounds funny. Maybe just a simpler "he signed with the Green Bay Packers" or "he joined the Green Bay Packers"league championship
->NFL championship
Early life
[edit]- Nothing
College career
[edit]In the team's rivalry game against Texas, he scored caught a pass to score the game-winning touchdown which was met with much controversy:
delete the first "scored" and you can just end with a period instead of a colon.He played no football that year and worked for an oil company; in the summer of 1939, he played for the Daytona Beach minor league baseball team as an outfielder.
shouldn't this be moved to the next section? He graduated in 1938, thus his "college career" is over.
Professional career
[edit]chosen
->selected
The Packers went on to win the NFL championship.
->The Packers went on to win the NFL championship that season.
Later life and death
[edit]- I know its silly but you should clarify it is the US Military.
