Movie: A Man's Prerogative (1915)

IMDb lists A Man's Prerogative (1915) as having scenario by Frank E. Woods. What are the criteria for adding something like that to Mr. Woods' filmography.

I have a still from that film, and was thinking of uploading to Wikimedia Commons for eventual use.

Thanks @Lugnuts. If I were to make a new article for A Man's Prerogative, may I use content from the AFI Catalog? Are those write-ups public domain? Maybe I wouldn't direct-quote, but pull general info.
