This article is about a prominent American emergency physician. He has a Wiki entry in Dutch already: [1] It is time there is one in English. I think perhaps the article needs to have more neutrality and needs to be cleaned up, but should not be deleted in my opinion. I am also an emergency physician. While I think that it is quite valid to ask about Notability, and goodness knows the ref's need to be done correctly, I think describing this as spam is going a bit far. While three of the recent edits have been by a person with a handle that appears to be the subject of the page (Ffesmire), they seem OK by the standards of WP:AB. I really don't think it rates a speedy G11.
