Name
[edit]His name is not "Francis Edwards Peters" but Francis Edward (no -s) Peters, and the article should be retitled and moved accordingly. Languagehat (talk) 15:51, 1 October 2010 (UTC)
- Agreed; "Francis Edward Peters" should be the main article and "Francis Edwards Peters" a redirect. Two sources corroborating this: his reasonably current personal website, "F.E.Peters".
Francis Edward Peters is Professor Emeritus of History, Religion and Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies at New York University.
, and a personal page of his at NYU, "F(rancis) E(dward) Peters' Personal Page".. AnotherOnymous (talk) 20:34, 25 May 2015 (UTC)
