Copy & paste?
[edit]The bio reads like a copy/paste from somewhere else... Equinoxe
- Agreed, it is one of the worst pieces of writing I have ever seen on Wikipedia, and as perfect an example of brown-nosing as I have come across anywhere. I can only assume that it was copied wholesale from a public relations handout, or that the author is having sex with Cabrel. The piece is full of personal opinions masquerading as facts, none of which are cited, and aspects could well be libellous if they turn out to be untrue. The whole section needs a complete re-write. - I have a sneaking suspicion that almost all of it was translated directly from this Radio France International biography by User:Rolakazzaz on 16 March 2010, in which case it is a clear copyright violation, and liable to be removed in its entirety. Skinsmoke (talk) 04:02, 17 December 2012 (UTC)
cleanup
[edit]I cleaned this up today. Added a bit of info based on sourced and removed the bio section which was entirely unsourced, per WP:BLP and WP:VERIFY. Others are free to build this back up, based on reliable sources. Jytdog (talk) 11:18, 5 May 2015 (UTC)
