Woodrow Wilson

Presumably the name (and the number of points) was a deliberate echo of Woodrow Wilson's Fourteen Points of 1918, which were world famous at the time? Perhaps somebody with a good knowledge of the subject could check.Paulturtle (talk) 22:55, 29 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
