I am going to expanding this and add some pictures to the article. I only live 2 or 3 miles south of the dam so i have a few images and some basic knowledge of the dam. I would love some help with this article if anyone is not busy. Thanks Darkskynet (talk) 02:08, 8 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, I've been meaning to make this article for a while it just kept getting put back on the back burner in my life, but i had some free time tonight and came up with this. I've started some on the infobox, I think i put all the info in the right place... I know the dam has power generation capabilities and powers some local homes. I am not sure when the dam was started or completed, I do know it was between 1945-1955 as that seems to be around the area of most newspaper articles i've found on it are dated. There is remarkably little information available on the Internet about the dam, but a handout or a display done by the Corps would be a satisfactory and reliable source if such things exist or are available at the dam. Unlike the Bureau of Reclamation, which is consistently obsessive about posting information, the Corps' approach varies wildly from district to district. I did some deep searches and found little bits here and there. I found a Corps' site with more info. I used it to update the article...and did some formatting too. I was surprised how little there was out there on this dam.--NortyNort(Holla)02:57, 25 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
