Demographics
[edit]Sometimes the demographics get a bit silly. I quote: "... there were 1,791 people, ..., 0.06% Asian, ...". If you do the sums that 0.06% is one person! Sigh. -- SGBailey 20:09, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
Opening Paragraph
[edit]The Note in the opening paragraph seems somewhat out of place, though I'm not sure of how to better incorporate that information in the article. It would also be useful if there were references to back up the claims being made in the note.
The last sentence, about 'Foresthill' versus 'Forest Hill' also should have a source. There is record of a 'Forest Hill' in Placer County in both the 1880 and 1890 censuses, and the spelling of 'Foresthill' for the current CDP first appeared in the census in 1980. I cannot confirm if the two places are the same, although I would presume that it is highly likely. Therefore, it would make sense that any references to historic Forest Hill be spelled as two words instead of one. If anyone can find a source that indicates when the spelling change took place, that would probably be best. Reade (talk) 00:51, 20 August 2013 (UTC)
