Devoting a full section to one news report on tax practices to an already tiny article about a company is almost certainly a violation of WP:UNDUE. More importantly, the headline "tax evasion" is incorrect and biased- there is nothing in the referenced news stories that even IMPLIES that the practice is illegal. Taxes are being manipulated through a loophole, yes, but there is no evasion going on. I believe in fair taxation as much as anybody else and would like to see the transfer pricing loophole closed, but that shouldn't be an excuse for someone with an ax to grind to throw off the entire balance of an undernourished article. Perhaps this should be moved over to an article about transfer pricing instead? ChrisStansfieldContribs14:12, 8 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
