Obsolete

It seems this article is obsolete. Perhaps it could be merged with an article on Serbia's foreign relations.

I don't know of a common practice on what to do with articles about historical states? Maybe just leave them "as is" with some notes about their status change (and change tense of the verbs from present to past). Of course relevant material can be copied in the Serbia article.
