[edit]I think it's best to leave a redirect here, and the article on the SVR at Foreign Intelligence Service (Russia), in case another agency whose formal name is "Foreign Intelligence Service" turns up; this can then be turned into a disambig without having to change all the articles that link to "Foreign Intelligence Service (Russia)".
