Should be generalized

The opening paragraph states that force spectroscopy addresses single molecules. Single molecule force spectroscopy (smfs) is only one aspect of force spectroscopy. For instance, interactions of whole cells or colloidal particles are often measured, and not necessarily in a single molecule resolution. I would also suggest widening the umbrella to include surface force apparatus (sfa), as it can be used to probe interactions similarly to afm, optical tweezers and biomembrane force probe (bfp), which are already referenced.
