where was this vertified? It isn't on their site that this will be the next single, the link has nothing to do with this song. Also the grammar isn't even right. Halo475 14:44, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Q magazine says it'll be the 2nd single. (125.238.225.66 04:55, 26 April 2007 (UTC))[reply]

Why wouldn't they put it on the "releases" section of their website??? At least wait a while before it gets sorted.--SteelersFan UK06 13:14, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

arcticmonkeys.com don't add releases to their websites until after the item has been released - case in point, the new album, single, and everything before it.

Does anyone have a scan or something from the website that confirms it? The site may not have it but Domino always announces it beforehand. Halo475 14:44, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

There have been a number of interviews and articles that more or less confirm it; I'm not sure where they are though...

An interview with Cookie (I think) on MTV.Co.Uk basically confirmed it but he just said it will "most likely" be it. All im saying is that there has to be proof.

I think we should keep it. The song went to #60 on download sales from the strength of the album ALONE! Doc Strange 12:59, 30 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That b-side stuff is all a rumour. Arctic-monkeys.com is a shitty fan site.

Does Anyone know Why it comes out in Japan?

[edit]

before it comes out in the rest of the world TIA

Why don't people ever sign comments anymore? I guess what the person above is trying to say is, why are the band releasing the new single in Japan before anywhere else? Is this just another one of those random things from the Artic Monkeys? Or was there any particular reason? I have no idea :S --SteelersFan UK06 03:15, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You were right about the question's meaning and I apologize for not signing before. BTW, I noticed that most international Music Albums/singles are not released at the same time throughout the world so it's not something unique about Ar Mo. EtaiMiz 15:48, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Confusion

[edit]

I know i just posted, but i want to point out that in the article it states what the B-sides will be on the 7-inch, which differs to what they are in the release listings at the bottom of the page. --SteelersFan UK06 03:18, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Arcticmonkeys.com

[edit]

IS THE OFFICIAL SITE not arctic-monkeys.com...can someone at least get something from the actual official site....

Similarity to Kara's Flowers song

[edit]

Could someone delete this part please? Both songs share some characteristics, but it's really not noticeable unless explicitly pointed out- and even then it's not remarkable. (Anon) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.111.70.217 (talk) 00:45, 16 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Music Video

[edit]

It seems to me that each clown-person pair are actually one person. In the beginning of the flashback with the kid on the swing, the clown looks exactly like this kid, just in a clown suit. It would make sense. --71.178.185.177 (talk) 05:50, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Oh yeah, it would make perfect sense. Except, um, when someone suffers an internal conflict, the two halves of their personality don't usually try to kill each other. Nor is the conflict resolved by one of them frying the other to death in an exploding hatchback.
