Hi - I am writing from Piramal to give an update on the status on Florbetaben (18F) as it is now approved in both the U.S. and the E.U. I'm including more details and citations: In February, Florbetaben was approved for commercial marketing in the EU: [1]

Florbetaben was approved by the FDA in March of this year: [2]

As you will see in those article, it's commercial name is Neuraceq™.

I am happy to update the article but thought perhaps I'd start by sharing the information here.

The body of this article appears to have been written to advertise the use of this tracer in US clinical practice by amyloidbrainimaging, a user whose only edit is this article. The article needs editing to provide a balanced review of the evidence for this intervention rather than simply the views of the company that developed it.
