I came here expecting information in Implantation bleeding[1], I am dissapointed not to find it. If somebody knows of an article that deals with this, please refer me to it. You can jump right in there. Implantation bleeding is benign-- that is why there isn't that much info on it. Also, the woman is just pregnant at that stage. The biggies of first trimester bleeding are abortion (of the non-therapeutic kind) and ectopic pregnancy. Ectopics can be fatal if misdiagnosed and abortions-- well, they aren't usually dangerous per se but tragic 'cause they are bascially the death of the unborn child.
