Manuscript Sources not named

[edit]

One thing that would be useful to those researching this topic would be to have the MS sources for the various canons that are cited as having been determined at this Council. Location of the book(s) and relationships between previous and later related canonical pronouncements would also be helpful. One topic that is not discussed is the (Canon 27) discussion of Rogation processions at the time, which is specific to the practices of Gaul and Rome, and could bear elaboration. 67.134.206.21 (talk) 17:07, 6 August 2015 (UTC)67.134.206.21 (talk) 17:13, 6 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Planned edits

[edit]

Hi, I'm planning on making some edits to this page and adding some new content. I'm going to update and reference the opening section, and add content on delegates, location, the involvement of King Clovis and the context of his recent victory against the Visigoths, the canons of the council, and its significance.
