[edit]To apply pressure on a target country or regime to comply with set objectives. - Not only is the set of objectives not defined (eg it could be to make them sign a bad oil contract), this sentence could be interpreted so that the application of pressure is the objective to which we are complying (eg for revenge), rather than there being anything for the target to comply with. Unable to see how to express this in the main article. The line stands out glaringly to me. Goatchurch 23:34, 24 September 2006 (UTC)
