Never heard that usage - can any Brit who has, comment here? --Parsingphase 09:14, 17 April 2006 (UTC)

Racial profiling

I don't see the link between filing cabinets and racial profiling... I'm removing the link in the "See also" section. dockingmantalk 22:44, 10 April 2007 (UTC)

(North) American English

I changed "North American English" to "American English" in connection with the term "file cabinet", as I'm in Canada and have heard "filing cabinet" used but rarely if ever the term "file cabinet" 142.167.124.34 (talk) 00:58, 8 December 2009 (UTC)

Blocky vs diagonal ?

File Cabinet Specifications

I've added a section on standards for filing cabinets. It only covers standards from the United States at the moment; any additions to make it more global would be appreciated. Bosef1 (talk) 14:34, 12 November 2012 (UTC)

Filing Cabinet Quotes?

I've removed a link to Wikiquote from the bottom of the page. It purported to be a link to quotations about filing cabinets, but it didn't correspond to any actual Wikiquote page. Anyone can add it back in, but I'd recommend creating an appropriate Wikiquote page first. Cheers, Bosef1 (talk) 14:37, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
