Initially I thought that the article should just be renamed to "... in Australia", but I notice that the lead section does not even mention Australia (as one would expect, per WP:LEADSENTENCE). In fact only one section Fetal alcohol spectrum disorder Australia#Occurrence within Australia mentions Australia.

If there is enough material to keep a separate "... in Australia" article:

• The article should be renamed "... in Australia"
• The lead section needs to mention Australia
• Much of the non-Australia-specific material should probably be merged to Fetal alcohol spectrum disorder - if it's not already there - and {{main}} inserted where appropriate.
